Refund Policy

(1). General Finality of Payment

All payments made to Verodus L.L.C. - FZ for registration fees, evaluation programs, or platform access are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing an evaluation, you acknowledge that the service (provision of the simulated account and dashboard access) is rendered immediately upon the successful processing of your payment.

(2). Immediate Service Commencement

Under various international consumer protection laws regarding digital content and instantaneous services, the "Right of Withdrawal" or "Cooling-off Period" expires the moment the digital service is accessed.

Access Defined: Service is deemed "accessed" the moment credentials for the simulated account are generated and sent to the user via email or displayed on the user dashboard.

Non-Refundable Status: Once the simulated account is generated, the registration fee is consumed to cover the costs of data feeds, platform licensing, and administrative overhead.

(3). Evaluation Failure and Account Breaches

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances related to performance, including:

• Breaching Maximum Daily or Total Drawdown limits (Section 8 of the Terms & Conditions).

• Violating any Simulation Trading Rules (Section 9 of the Terms & Conditions).

• Failure to meet profit targets within a specified phase (if applicable).

• Account dormancy (inactivity exceeding 30 days).

(4). Technical Issues and Latency

While we strive for 100% platform uptime, the nature of digital simulated environments involves third-party technology providers. Refunds or fee reversals will not be granted for:

• Standard platform maintenance or unscheduled downtime.

• Internet connectivity issues on the participant's end.

• Simulated slippage or execution latency that mimics real market conditions.

(5). Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Verodus L.L.C. - FZ maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding chargebacks or payment disputes. Any user who initiates a credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute will be permanently banned from the platform, and all active simulated accounts (regardless of profit status) will be immediately terminated. We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to global fraud-prevention databases where permitted by law.

(6). Exceptional Circumstances

At Verodus' sole discretion, a refund may be considered only if:

• A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same service, or

• The user has purchased an evaluation but has not yet received credentials and has not logged into the dashboard.

(7). Contacting Support

If you believe you have been double-charged or encountered a legitimate billing error, please contact our billing department at support@verodus.com prior to contacting your bank. We aim to resolve all legitimate billing errors within 3–5 business days.
